1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YummyPerks ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YummyPerks.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use YummyPerks, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Be a resident of India
• Have a valid email address or phone number for registration
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. YummyPerks is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Buddy Points & Rewards

Buddy Points ("Points") are the virtual currency used on the Platform. Points have no cash value until redeemed through our withdrawal system. Key rules regarding Points:

• Points are earned by completing legitimate activities on the Platform
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts
• Points cannot be purchased with real money
• YummyPerks reserves the right to adjust Point values at any time
• Fraudulent earning of Points will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all Points
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 100 Points

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts to earn additional Points
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete activities
• Provide false or misleading information in surveys
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Points system
• Share, sell, or trade your account with others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operations
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your earned Points as real money (INR) through the withdrawal options available on the Platform (UPI, Bank Transfer). Withdrawals are subject to:

• Verification of your identity and account information
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified on the Platform
• Processing time of 1-2 business days
• YummyPerks reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — are the exclusive property of YummyPerks or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

YummyPerks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YummyPerks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of Points you have earned in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and any accumulated Points may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
